WE ARE

A solid neutral provider of aviation logistics services deep rooted in Central and Eastern Europe.

First company of the group established in Bulgaria in 1998;
Originally involved in air cargo forwarding and road feeder service handling off-airport;
2003 – cargo handling center of the former Balkan Airlines purchased;
2004 – first private company to be awarded a ground handling license in Bulgaria;
2006 – first company to be certified as Regulated Agent;
2007 – name changed to Aviation Services, discontinued the provision of forwarding services, exclusive focus on aviation services and warehousing;
2010 – Authorized Economic Operator certification - Customs simplifications/security and safety;
2010 – Aviation Services DOOEL established in Skopje, Macedonia;
2011 – ramp handling license for Jet 1 (a daughter company of Aviation Services Bulgaria);
2012 – ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems certified by LRQA;
2013 – Buy-out of the company completed through Aviation Services Holding;
2013 – Aviation Services Holding companies registered in Bucharest and Warsaw;
2013 – ISO 28000:2007 Security Management System for the Supply Chain certified by LRQA;
2013 – first ever ISAGO Provider in Bulgaria;
2014 – OHSAS certification by LRQA;
2016 – Joint Venture registered in Vienna, Austria;
2017 – Aviation Services d.o.o. Sarajevo established;
